Chesterfield Family Dental – Our Mission
We are an innovative family oriented dental practice providing general dental services in a unique open, family style setting. Through persistence, honesty, and desire, we strive to create long-term, solid relationships with our clients within our dental family.
Your scheduled appointment time has been specifically made for you. Our office will make every effort to schedule appointments at your convenience when time is available. When scheduling preschool children and children in school who need dental treatment, please keep in mind children have a much easier time with visits in the morning. Please remember that dental visits are an excused absents from school, but missing school can be kept to a minimum with regular visits to the dentist.
In order to provide optimal patient care, it is essential that we receive adequate notice regarding cancellations. Please give a 48 hour notice. If the office is closed, you may leave a message on our 24 hour answering service or message us on Facebook. Another patient who needs our care may miss this valuable opportunity. We realize that unexpected things can happen, but we ask for your assistance in this regard.
We ask that you please follow these guidelines for continuing good health for you and your family:
- 48 hours notice for cancellation or change of appointments
- Dental insurance must be presented at each appointment for existing insurance
- New insurance coverage or a change in insurance plans must be presented 24 hours prior to the appointment (this information can be presented by phone or email)
